I have been working with Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank for over 10 years within various roles - mainly Mortgage Lending. I have experience within our mortgage campaign / booking team, administration team and Mortgage Adviser role. Over the last few years I have progressed into the complaints area as a Quality Partner and then my current role as a Customer Resolution Team Leader. I have experience laising with different type of customers from retail to business and private banking from simple queries to complex complaints. I enjoy problem solving and excel in customer service always ensuring the customer is central to eveything I do.I have obtained the following qualifications: Professional Bankers Diploma - Team Management & Complaint Handling.CeMapManagement NVQ Level 4.I am also willing and interested in studying and developing further.
