Working with 9 successful employers in Milton Keynes we support their Employee Volunteering Programme encouraging their staff to volunteer with local charities and community groups across Milton Keynes. We support local charities and community groups to become volunteer ready by helping them identify and develop activities that are appropriate for staff to take part and that can accommodate all the volunteers needs. We understand the importance of positive impact for the volunteers, charities and community groups. More than 800 staff have volunteered in the last 2 years.

I am Community Mobiliser of Lakes Estate, Milton Keynes. My role is to help and support people into employment, education or volunteering. It is important that everyone is empowered to make decisions in their own lives and the places where they live.
