Led the company in developing and executing a business and marketing strategy around next generation interconnect technology while influencing industry to develop new industry standards such as StarFabric, PCIexpress and Advanced Switching Interconnect. •Established overall strategic direction for the company.•Established strategic partnerships, including Intel Corporation which invested $1M. •Raised a total of $42 M from Tier 1 Venture Capital firms. •Developed new interconnect standards and family of products based on those standards.

Managed and grew the I/O product line in its transition to Intel Corporation after Digital Semiconductor was acquired by Intel. Held full P&L responsibility for $120+ M product line. •Led the team in the transition to a new company while continuing to grow revenue at a 20% growth rate through the transition.

Business unit functions included marketing, engineering, applications engineering and finance. •Grew sales revenue from $0 to over $120 million in 4 years, exceeding all business goals and objectives. •Grew business from concept phase to over 10 semiconductor products. •Established Digital PCI Bridge Products as the defacto standard in the industry, held over 80% market share of the PCI to PCI Bridge business.•Developed the first ARM based core logic and integrated ARM SOC which included integrated memory and I/O.
