I am an experienced Marketer who co-founded and runs a creative agency based in Margate. I love my main role within the business, which is as a creative copywriter and is a welcome and nice contrast to my academic writing.I am also a Business Lecturer and Module Leader at CCCU, with a particular interest in consumer behaviour and ethnography. I love all things Retail related and if that sounds like an excuse to go shopping then I won't be arguing! I teach on the subject of Retail Strategy and also in Advertising Strategy; as well as recently expanding my seminar tutor activities across a diverse range of areas.I am always up for a new challenge; and developing my skillset and knowledge, in academia and practice, is something I strive for. I am a creative thinker and both of my current job roles enable me to really use this to my advantage.
