As an Education Coordinator, I coordinated advanced education in 5000+ salons. I utilized custom reports and special requests for the scheduling of 50 field Artistic Directors. Served as a liaison for Artistic Directors and Corporate Headquarters. Assisted in planning and executing annual training events. Developed relationships and solved daily logistical problems.

Paid all maintenance and repair invoices for salons while coding and keeping record of payments. I reviewed and reconciled expense reports. Also negotiated and problem solved with vendors while doing data entry, check matching, and batch reveiew. I provided training for new employees and assisted department supervisors when needed.
