Initiated, developed and delivered a multi agency mid-level manager training for Parks and Wildlife, Office of the Environmental Protection Authority and the Depertment of Environmental Regulations and staff. Developed and implemented a supporting mentorship programs bewtene program participants and senior leaders from the sponsor agencies.Managed the certified Frontline Leadership qualifications, inclusive of training development, course presentation, assessment and mentoring of agency staff completing the quaification. Close working relationships with all areas of the business to ensure alignement with corporate strategy and goals.
