Built a new national sales channel from the ground up, gaining entry into key financial institution accounts to provide student loan solutions. Independently managed entire sales cycle from initial contact through presentation, product development, launch and post-launch phases. Routinely worked with senior level credit union executives and other key decision makers. Represented clients before colleges, universities, and private K-12 schools, promoting student loan products on behalf of clients to generate business.

Introduced and deployed new student loan lending solution to 250+ natural person and 19 corporate credit unions—representing $1B+ in student loan volume—and managed day-to-day interactions and relationships with accounts.

Played a key role in changing underwriting protocols and rolling out a new direct-to-consumer student loan product, providing senior-level decision makers with the competitive and market intelligence needed to fuel strategic planning and positioning efforts.
