DreamCatchersyouth.org is an afterschool program that takes a two-pronged approach to improving the lives of low-income youth through its Academic Program and its Healthy Behaviors Program. The programs are aimed not only at improving academic outcomes but also at cultivating the skills crucial to lifelong success, including self-confidence, goal-setting, accountability and work ethic. Jointly appointed by the Palo Alto City Manager and PAUSD, and representing a cross section of Cubberley, neighborhoods, schools and citywide representatives. The CCAC reviewed Cubberley (Community Center) background and history and provided possible re‐use scenarios, alternative lease arrangements, site plan configurations, possible funding plans, identification of joint use opportunities and compatible standards.The CCAC presented its findings in a public study session.

Everybody Dance Now.org is a youth-run nonprofit organization that provides free, weekly dance programming to young people throughout the country who would otherwise not have access to such opportunities.
