Professional Responsibilities• Support $400M strategic customer account team with new business pursuits, quote strategy execution, and award negotiation• Alignment of Sales, Global Business Unit, and Market pricing strategies• Primary interface for Sales and Solution teams with direct customer interface in support of new product quotations for key accounts globally• Detailed review of new business quotation packages to ensure completeness and provide direction on gaps, scope, requirements, and deliverables.• Communicate and manage complex project and schedule requirements with internal cross functional teams to deliver comprehensive proposals to commitments• Manage relationships with internal clients and external customers • Proactively prepare for challenges and remove obstacles that arise during the quotation process• Prepare and analyze financial models and profit and loss statements making recommendations on pricing and presenting financials to key business executives for approvals• Analyze project deliverables for competitiveness, relevant and accurate content, and provide analysis for internal clients and external customers • Combine quotation elements and service offerings into proposals targeted to highlight company’s unique ability to meet customer’s requirements.• Manage a heavy workload across multiple projects, often with competing deadlines for multiple global sites.• Creatively work with Account team to redesign offerings to secure new business awards• Collect data and assess root causes of issues taking corrective action where necessary to drive continuous improvement• Develop and implement process instructions, tools, policies and procedures.• Serve as mentor to colleagues in developing and refining Project Management and Financial Modeling skill sets

Guide the quotation team, through knowledge and expertise, to plan and coordinate all customer quotes, to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships, to develop and grow business with customers and to support the creation, development and implementation of quotation strategies and policies in order to deliver the maximum advantage to the business and its customers.

Establish quotation project schedule, financial parameters and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through delivery.Responsible for communicating customer requirements, specifications, project schedule and constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management and consultants.Review schedule and identify problem areas. Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.Develop reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.Responsible for maintaining project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
