• Lead and manage the shared service center and to provide leadership and direction to the team of Leads, Managers• Lead managers and employees in daily activities of the site, including day to day processing. • Manage a team of 160+ FTEs which including Accounts Payable, Oder To Cash, General Accounting, Closing and Reporting, Treasury & Tax, Financial Planning / Analysis, Master Data Maintenance for a Pharmaceuticals client in APAC.• Responsible for leading teams to delivered stable operation performance, process improvement, new transition and Global communication. • Driving growth opportunities and transformations, strengthening governance with clients, implementing effective global best practice and technology to ensure the seamless integration. • Driving operational excellence and customer engagement for existing as well as new clients and enhancing people leadership• SAP deployment experience on data migration, SAP modal design, and Fit Gap analysis to achieve SAP upgrading.
