Approximately 78 students per day divided into 7 periods. • Formulate daily plans and goals for each student in conjunction with the Plato online assignment. • Monitor and manage student behavior and make sure students remain on-task in an online academic setting.

•Establish and process orders for equipment, video, and operator support services from faculty, staff, and students on the Bloomington Campus.•Review and process orders for video rental and purchase for all IU Campuses and higher educational institutes from all over the US. •Generate daily equipment and operator schedules. •Investigate and remedy client complaints and operator errors.•Oversee and monitor the daily work activities of hourly workers.• Organize, inventory, verify, and route films for projectionist showings.• Train Professors and students on proper procedures for equipment usage for classroom instruction. Assist with the inspection of over 300 classrooms campus-wide. Conducting inventory and maintenance of teaching technology in rooms for the entire IU campus.•Generating reports for repairs needed and assigning them to appropriate departments •Type intramural vouchers and initiate credit requests. Prepare and process purchase orders on the IU TOPS system;•Maintain office, electronic shop and equipment supply inventory. Work with vendors to negotiate the best price.•Liable for cash drawer security; collect monies, write receipts, and calculate cash receivable reports.•Ensure security and correct distribution of all keys and key rings for department equipment storage locations and installed equipment for the entire IU campus. Monitor timely return. Contact delinquent key users to maximize usage and prevent security breaches. •Responsible for daily operations of Shipping Dept. . Pull reports and process shipping labels; determine proper shipping package and weight, entering shipping information into UPS computer to generate label. Ensure daily p/u by UPS and US Postal personnel.•Process all walk-in requests. Accept delivery of returned inventory. Inspect and return all inventory assuring accuracy and maintenance. Ensure constant security of the vault.•Generate daily reports and secure all areas at the end of the day.
