My position at the church includes planning and staffing volunteers for five classrooms for our three Sunday services each week. I have the flexibility to build relationships with volunteers but also implement and support the church management software, Planning Center Online. I helped migrate historical data, create processes/systems and train staff on the new database system. I continue to support and train staff with new releases.

I worked as a software sales consultant with various businesses to purchase, implement and use business software. As part of the sales process, it was our goal to become a trusted advisor for our clients. As a software consultant, I followed the full software development lifecycle from needs assessment, budget, planning, installation, data migration, implementation, go-live and support. The focus was on Microsoft Dynamics software implementations but also included standard printing, networking, and database maintenance support.

As a software programmer, I was part of a team that helped plan and migrate from a DOS-based system to a Windows environment. This included coding, testing, installation and supporting clients as they migrated platforms.
