Served as a Senior Sales Specialist and Area Sales Trainer for Pernix Therapeutics. Two time DOV Award winner and recipient of our Pillar Award in 2017. Final ranking #2 in the nation.I joined Pernix in September, 2015 as a Sales Specialist in Atlanta West. In that role, I sold Zohydro ER to Pain Management Clinics and other legitimate HCPs in an area that includes Rome, Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia. My secondary product is Silenor, which is a product for sleep maintenance. I was promoted to Area Sales Trainer (AST) in 2016. In this role, I have helped train approximately 40% of our current sales force while maintaining and increasing sales performance in my territory as a Sales Specialist. Among my duties as an AST are the onboarding of new representatives, helping to lead new hire training classes, working in our Regional and National Sales Meetings, field rides with representatives across the nation and being a resource to Regional and National Managers to assist in improving the results of representatives whose performance is below goal. I was promoted to Senior Sales Specialist in 2017. In this role, I continue the responsibilities I have in both sales and training while also working closely with our Regional Business Manager to improve the overall performance of our team.

My position was eliminated when the company disbanded our entire division. Territory gained 98 spots from launch. I worked alone and had sole responsibility for territory results.
