Microsoft Virtuoso…being primarily self-taught I may not always use the correct terminology but have the most important components…hands on experience and brains. Let’s face it, we know there has to be a way to get the job done…we just may not know how to do it right now…I like it when people say they cannot do something…I study it, wrap my head around it, get creative and show them it can be done. The initiative to think out of the box and the drive to get the job done are my areas of expertise. If you listen, learn and apply forethought it is amazing what you can build and how much a person can contribute to help make a business grow and thrive.It is my experience that once you help just one person the next thing you know people will flock to you. All types…the just get it done now…the do it and explain the results so I know what this is…and teach me so I can do it on my next time…to list a few. I like how each experience teaches me something and expands my skillset.I have taken and am currently taking leadership training. The work environment is constantly expanding and changing. Technology has spiked the rate of change making it even more important for people find ways to navigate the balance of work and personal life. Guidance in how to navigate the fast pace workplace environment is critical. This helps me try to keep up with it all.Art, science and enjoying nature give me balance. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute and while I have not been a fine artist for many years it is still very much a part of who I am. I also started my advanced education path with an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology from the University Of Nebraska School Of Technical Agriculture and worked in medical research. All this being said both these quests have come for my love of nature. The world is entertaining and who knows what is next.
