The framework follows Public and Procurement and OJEU regulations.- Lead the Internal Compliance Team to contract monitor and quality audit all externally funded projects against a structured framework identifying areas that are at high risk of underperformance, action planning where required. - Nominated lead for achieving SEQOHS (Safe, Effective, Quality Occupational Health Service) Standards for Health 2 Employment. This included developing policies, processes, a Quality and Compliance Framework and an Audit Framework for the occupational health services in line with the Nursing & Midwifery Council and the Faculty of Medicines requirements.- Prepare all projects for external audit and manage all the external funding auditors including National Lottery, ESF, ESFA and DWP- Liaise with key stakeholders such as Primes and external auditors.- Generate and provide timely regional data to the Directors and the organisations board.

- Strategically lead on and manage 2 multi-million Yorkshire and Humber regional ESF /SFA programmes that support individuals at risk of redundancy and those newly unemployed into work. - Managing a regional hub for redundancies and a remote team to deliver bespoke training courses across the whole of South and West Yorkshire to a variety of individuals of all ages. - Contract performance managed 30 organisations that delivered apprenticeships, education and employment services across the Y&H region. - Lead on management information services that analyse the contract performance for over 30 organisations.
