About Tracy Davis
I am a proactive and extremely hardworking individual with a strong background in managing various national and regional contracts and programmes. The programmes include Business Support, Justice, Employment and Welfare to Work, Skills and Work Based Learning across a variety of funding streams including; UK Shared Prosperity Fund, MOJ, ESF, ERDF, ESFA and National Lottery. I have led on direct delivery, employer engagement, quality and compliance, funder claims, management information services, multiple regional and national partnership / subcontract working and organisational governance. To standardise departmental and organisational wide practices and ensure best practices are followed I have also developed and implemented various strategies, procedures and frameworks.Over the years I have led on the planning and development of the strategic vision of various departments / areas. This involves being aware of the various sectors ranging from Justice to Welfare to work, IT to warehousing, identifying the relevant key drivers and areas of risk and / or significant change including changes in government agendas or developmental opportunities. As part of the process I have developed innovative strategies to address these changes and to enhance the provision. The skills that I possess also extends to my personal life.
