Tracy Schwartz-Ward is Managing Partner at Schwartz Capital Group, where she serves on the Investment Committee. Previously, Tracy was Chief Operating Officer of OppFi, a leading fintech platform that powers banks to offer accessible products to everyday consumers. Tracy began her career as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs, working with Industrial clients and alongside Investment Banking senior leadership on internal strategic priorities. Her passion for social impact led her to Bangalore, India, where she worked with Unitus Labs to build the capacity of microfinance institutions.Tracy is passionate about equitable education, financial inclusion and the arts. She is a board member of City Year Los Angeles, A Better Chicago, trustee at the John Thomas Dye School in Los Angeles and member of the Emerging Art Fund at MOCA Los Angeles.
