I represent government contractors and subcontractors in nearly all aspects of government contracting legal concerns. From bid protests to government investigations, my clients benefit from my wide-ranging experience in government contracts.My work for clients includes handling disputes with the federal government, including litigation at the Boards of Contract Appeals and Court of Federal Claims in matters such as monetary claims under the Contract Disputes Act, appeals of terminations for default, and defective pricing claims under the Truth in Negotiations Act. I also prosecute and defend bid protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Court of Federal Claims, and state courts and procurement agencies. I conduct internal investigations for clients and assist government contractors with responding to Inspector General subpoenas and investigations, Department of Justice investigations, and allegations of False Claims Act violations. I provide advice and counseling to government contractors and subcontractors in a number of areas, including responses to suspension and debarment officials, developing and implementing government contracts ethics and compliance and training programs, negotiating teaming and subcontracting agreements and resolving prime-subcontractor disputes, and recent statutory and regulatory developments, including questions related to the Buy American Act and Trade Agreements Act.
