Serves as pro bono director for Climate Wise Women, a global platform for women’s leadership on climate change. Organizes speaking engagements and tours, events, media coverage and fundraising for grassroots women leaders from the Pacific Islands, Maldives, Africa and the US to showcase and support women’s leadership on climate change adaptation. Climate Wise Women have made multi-city speaking tours of North America (2010) and Northern Europe (2011). They have had featured speaking roles at the UN Climate Summits in 2009 and 2014; Rio+20; and COPs 15, 16, 17, 21, 22 and 23. In 2020 Climate Wise Women joined a North-South women's collaborative to launch a network of Women's Climate Centers in East Africa.
