I operated, maintained and repaired a Ryobi 3404E-DI press with PDS-E. In the beginning, I managed the accounts I brought over from my previous business and used online marketing tools to advertise to customers. I converted my previous company's website into a Jackson Press representation using HTML editors and online tools including editing perl, java, and PHP scripts. I initially pre-flighted all files for the press, including converting customer files into printable media using Adobe Creative Suite and other pre-press tools. I have successfully reinstalled the operating system and configured the Harlequin RIP with controls for the DI. I created customized color profiles and plate curves for each line screen using GRACoL's color standard. I have performed all mechanical repairs needed, including timing issues and replacing of parts, as well as adjustments to the lasers for proper alignment.
