As the author of the Digital Laundry Workbook, I advocate for digital and physical harmony. I specialize in digital feng shui, which integrates mindfulness, the omnipresence of technology, and environmental design to inspire balanced, intentional spaces. My passion for digital balance stems from my experience growing up with learning disabilities and choric-illness and discovering how technology empowered me to find ease with learning and improve my life.My journey into #tech-life-balance led me to collaborate with the Digital Wellness Collective, where I co-authored the inaugural Digital Wellness Day Tool Kit in 2020. Now globally celebrated and endorsed by the U.S. Surgeon General, Digital Wellness Day has reached over 17 million people in 64 countries. I’ve had the privilege of teaching with the Digital Wellness Institute, focusing on digital decluttering and feng shui for work-from-home spaces, and earning my certification as a Digital Wellness Educator. Beyond teaching, I deliver customized talks such as "Composing the Cyber Self" (Berklee School of Music) and "Safe, Sacred Space" (HAPPI), check in on private feng shui clients and keep my sense of joy and imagination alive by teaching some children’s yoga classes with YoReMiKids.
