As Sr. Brand and Communications Consultant I had the opportunity to develop new strategies that increased our brand awareness in the Lethbridge community. I developed and maintained key sponsorship relationships to help improve the Employer Brand in Lethbridge. My focus included increasing the engagement levels of our current employees. I also contributed as a member of the Sr. Management team.- Developed a reading program at a local elementary school that impacted students grades 1-5 while engaging over 26 employees in the unique volunteer opportunity - Created a new sponsorship with the Southern Alberta Art Galleries that was nominated for a Globe and Mail Business for the Arts Award in the category of best Entrepreneurial Partnership and resulted in attendence in the Gallery School increasing over 400%- Initiated the "Brightening Boardrooms with Art" even resulting in the art work of over 100 local students being showcased in training rooms and boardrooms around the Service Center

As the Sr. Recruiter I developed talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of our location. These strategies included marketing campaigns, building sponsorships and employer branding initiatives. I lead, evaluated and provided feedback regarding the recruitment process completed by HR generalists and hiring managers.- Improved the efficiencies of the recruiting process in Lethbridge by building new performance measures that included not only fill rates but quality of hire and interview to hire ratios- Changed the selection process that increased acceptance rates from 85% in 2010 to 93% in 2011 - Introduced a recruiting analysis spreadsheet that allowed specific numbers and trends to be highlighted when influencing workforce planning decisions and explaining hiring challenges or successes- Developed a cost effective Location Awareness Campaign that ran through the summer months in 2010 resulting in over 100 guests visiting our location - Developed and implemented a new Referral Awareness Campaign resulting in the number of employee referrals tripling in 2010 compared to 2009 - Initiated, planned and managed the Service Center’s 3rd Anniversary Celebration in Q1-2008 to increase the community’s awareness of the location resulting in 200 non-employee guests attending the event- Initiated and facilitated the creation of radio and television advertising in Lethbridge resulting in 276 applicants and 45 hires within the first 12 months
