Prospect, onboard, and manage a comprehensive portfolio of both CPA/CPL advertising clients and email marketers, negotiating contracts, making consultative recommendations based on client needs, and aligning advertiser databases with the most effective email marketing partners available in order to maximize database revenue.Conduct regular observation calls with data management partners, including C-level executives, to nurture account growth, ensure data sets meet performance metrics, identify new opportunities to increase revenue, and solidify retention.Oversee the distribution of all in-house and third party databases, analyzing engagement metrics as necessary to ensure maximum return for the data division of the company.Handle administrative duties including, but not limited to, implementation of all incoming and outgoing feeds, end-of-month reporting, ongoing analysis of data feeds, and working A/R reports.

Researched and developed fresh lead generation opportunities within the CPA space, negotiating contracts, maintaining high levels of communication with direct lead buyer and seller accounts, and providing performance-based feedback and recommendations to clients. Analyzed daily performance and traffic metrics through our proprietary platform, working with the Business Development and Affiliate Network teams to increase lead generation distribution and optimize/acquire quality incoming traffic to our web properties. Built lasting and profitable relationships within the lead buyer and seller portfolio by conducting regular observations calls, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending ways to increase revenues on lead generation projects. Coordinated the creation of marketing assets and materials with the help of the design team to be used in campaign deployments and strategized/optimized messaging and branding efforts for optimum user engagement and conversions.

The Mailer Meetup is a unique event held around the country in cities including New York, San Francisco, and Las Vegas which brings the email marketing community together to discuss current challenges, strategies, trends, and solutions within the affiliate email marketing industry. Planned all details of the event from start to finish, including researching and booking upscale venues around the country, negotiating costs for event services, booking entertainment as necessary, and promoting the event to the email marketing community in order to ensure successful attendance. Sold sponsorship packages to companies wishing to network directly with professional email marketers, and coordinated the creation of all subsequent marketing materials and promotional assets related to the event. Acted as event lead on the day of production, collaborating with team members, venue personnel, and sponsors to ensure smooth execution of each production of the event. Inbox Operandi was the email marketing arm of the company, which focused on lead generation through high volume single and/or double opt-in email list management. Daily data analysis was employed to optimize campaign assets and overall email strategy to drive maximum performance through use of various ESP’s (Robomail, Kobeni, List Marketer).

Prospected and managed relationships with clients who actively sought to expand distribution of their advertisements through use of the CPA marketing model. Negotiated contracts, credit terms, and competitive payouts for multiple campaigns and managed the day-to-day needs of each of my clients in a fast--paced, results driven environment where multitasking was an absolute must. Corresponded and strategized with my clients on a regular basis to increase performance and results of existing campaigns on the network.

Managed local radio accounts, planned and promoted various station events, festivals, and concerts, and produced on air content for several stations within the cluster. Worked closely with production, sales, and promotions staff to ensure events ran smoothly and all promotional and production materials were prepared correctly for maximum efficiency.

Taught a collegiate level audio production course for the Digital Media bachelors degree program. Coordinated and implemented lesson plans that complimented the course material and was accountable for test proctoring and grading. Responsible for giving constructive criticism and feedback on projects to ensure students were getting the most out of the accelerated curriculum.
