I was responsible for the strategic direction and operations of Coast Capital Savings for 5 years. During my tenure, we doubled retained earnings by more than $400 million, increased our membership by almost 100,000 members to 512,000 and substantially improved our bottom line performance while at the same time earning high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. Coast is now the largest credit union in Canada by membership. I also worked closely with the Federal Government during my tenure at Coast to help craft Federal Credit Union legislation which was enacted into law in March 2010. I have been on the Federal Advisory Committee to support more women on Corporate Boards and I am currently a member of Premier Christy Clark's Women's Economic Council.

Developed core platforms, supported implementation into 80 countries around the world and in some cases ran the global platforms. Became CEO in 2005 after having been responsible for Commercial banking systems delivery and Global Commercial e-Business and then also running the Personal Financial Services systems delivery.
