A central aspect to my job at Cisco is ensuring that we understand our partners’ needs and that we are building data-driven strategies that support their goals both today and in the future. At the end of the day, people want to know their needs were heard and understood — they need to know we care. My team is there to make sure that happens. I bring nearly two decades of technology and strategy planning experience to the table, and I have an exceptional capacity to multi-task and manage numerous — and often competing — priorities with ease. Beyond my work with Cisco’s partners, I want to help ensure all people’s voices are heard, no matter who they are. From my colleagues and team members to the people in my community, I feel like we all carry the responsibility to listen and learn to drive measurable impact.
