Upon my return to Camden Chiropractic Center, I picked up many of my previous responsibilities. I still handle communication with insurance companies as well as patient relationships. My responsibilities have also expanded to include exploring marketing and advertising media and new design, operational upgrades to the building and technology, and also being a part of the hiring/firing process.

I acted as a liaison between the insurance companies and the practice manager. To ensure the success of the practice as well as the completion of patient records, I was responsible for billing and coding as well as processing payments and balancing the books at the end of each day. I also played a key role in maintaining patient relationships and implementing programs that increase satisfaction and quality of care.

I was responsible for all new account opening and maintenance at our Bruceton retail branch. During my first month at that location I was able to increase new accounts by 100% by utilizing advertising mediums not otherwise being explored. I was the first line of contact with new and existing customers and was also responsible for overseeing the vault, ATM, and teller cash drawers. It was my responsibility to see that we balanced at the end of each business day. As the president's assistant, I was chiefly responsible for data gathering and reporting the status of the company to the president. I also developed and implemented systems for tracking employee performance and spreadsheets to monitor several levels of operations.

I was responsible for overseeing every aspect of the company's progress. I was responsible for making bids to clients and maintaining a very strict budget. Scheduling, marketing, and customer service were chief responsibilities in the day-to-day operation of the business. We had contracts with The Gospel Music Channel as well as SourceOne TV and others, proving that client/customer service is my primary goal.

I was the line of contact between the servers and management. I oversaw the quality of goods and service from the bar staff. I also was responsible for inventory and managing cash for the bar nightly. Customer service was the primary goal for this position, and is where I learned how to multitask and prioritize tasks in order to keep the flow of traffic consistent.

It was my sole responsibility to ensure the quality for all aspects of daily operation. I managed a crew of about twenty people and was responsible for scheduling, daily checklists, and inventory. I also balanced the store daily and processed new orders for raw goods to maintain the operational budget.
