I am a certified health and fitness expert with over 3 decades of experience as a personal trainer. I am master certified in Corrective Exercise, Prenatal Exercise, and Sports Performance, best known for my work on NBC’s hit show titled “The Biggest Loser.” I have worked with some of the leading names in the industry, and am passionate about using my experience to innovate health, fitness and nutrition solutions.I started my fitness career in 2000 with none other than Joe Weider, co-founder of the IFBB and the world’s leading publisher of fitness related magazines. Initially signed under contract as part of the Weider Athlete Team and later progressing to Weider Global Nutrition. In 2000, I won the prestigious Ms. Galaxy competition, and in 2002, earned the IFBB Pro Fitness Card which placed me amongst the top fitness competitors in the world. I have made numerous appearances on television (Dr. Oz, The Today Show, The Doctors, Dr Phil, Larry King, Extra, MTV, etc.) and print (Glamour, Maxim, etc.), and authored a critically acclaimed book on health & fitness, Your Body, Your Life. I have also aligned with several prestigious companies and their brands (P&G, Pfizer, Jenny Craig, etc.).My commitment to overcoming my personal struggles with my weight has made me passionate about helping others. My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve a healthy physical, mental, and emotional balance through exercise and nutrition. My fitness studio and equipment brand launched in 2014.
