Employee Relations Assistant Manager1. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (TWO-WAY), AND GRIEVANCE SOLVING- Make sure all policies/procedures are well conveyed to the employees,- Besides, make sure all employees' suggestions/grievances are listened to and feedbacked in a proper way- Build trust in the employees, reduce grievance, increase constructive suggestion2. MAINTAIN DISCIPLINE- Review, and update the company regulations to adapt to actual daily operation situation- Handle violations in accordance with company regulations, labor law- Reduce violations by enhancing employees' awareness of compliance3. ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES- Create more engagement events that fit employees' insight and company budget- Plan, and execute all events/ teambuilding in a year, integrate the company values into the events, and engage employees with the company's values- Work with Union in the engagement events and other benefits for employees4. DEAL WITH EMPLOYEES' REPRESENTATIVE ORGANIZATION- Dialogue, meeting in terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement/ policies/ negotiation...- Regular dialogue to listen and support the employees- Annual Employee Conference- Discuss and together enhance the employee relations in the company with the participant and contributions of the Union5. OTHERS:- Exit interviews and Reduce turnover rate- Control and upgrade HR documents system- Media productions: banners/ posters/ video/ radio cast/ news...- Build up and grow the facebook fanpage
