Check us out at: www.jstdrmn.com• Developing and implementing a comprehensive design strategy to ensure that all visual touchpoints (album art, marketing collateral, merchandise, etc.) align with the DJ collective's brand and business goals• Collaborating with the marketing and talent management departments to ensure that all visual touchpoints are aligned with the DJ collective's overall marketing and branding strategy• Managing and supervising a team of designers, including graphic designers, illustrators, and animators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure that all designs are of the highest quality• Developing and implementing design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints• Conducting user research to understand audience needs, behaviors, and preferences, and using that data to inform design decisions• Creating visual designs that effectively communicate the DJ collective's brand and message to audiences, while also meeting business goals• Collaborating with merchandising partners to design and develop merchandise that resonates with fans and supports business goals• Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies, and identifying opportunities to incorporate them into the DJ collective's design strategy• Working closely with developers and vendors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, and providing support and guidance throughout the development process• Conducting user testing and analysis to continuously improve the visual experience across all touchpoints
