-In charge of monthly payroll, off-circle payments & Tax support for 700 employees-In charge of social & health insurance for 700 employees-In charge of SAP system for the market including: Guide users about the use of ADP time management system, working with regional team to develop interfaces changes, planning and proposing annual SAP plan for market-Collecting and analyzing annual surveys of suppliers (short surveys of compensations & benefits, annual Total Remuneration Survey organized by Mercer & Tower Watson) to propose changes for annual benefits -Data management & support HRM with HR reports based on Business requirements

-Receiving recruitment requests from departments, preparing JDs & JRs, collecting and screening CVs, arranging interviews, managing candidates’ database-Directly participating in the Payroll process; managing employee databases for 150 people in HO.-Ensuring staff comply with company regulations, and labor laws; coordinating with line managers on staffs promotion, transferring, and termination processes
