- To lead on implementation, reporting, and reviewing of the leasing & marketing strategy, service standards of the assigned properties; according to company policies, procedures, and standards.- Manage all leasing functions: new contracts, renewals, rent review, surrenders, pre-terminations, negotiations, etc.…- Prepare and manage annual budget exercises, reports, rental forecasts, and productivity.- Take charge of lease management division (leasing template and procedure standardization, unlock/approve contracts, templates’ variation reviews, etc.…)- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.- Maintain market intelligence on marketing propositions of competitors and trends; - Work closely with BODs to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance.- Ensure to reach set budgets.
