- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential IT candidates- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and passive candidates- Proactively reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, referrals and etc.- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications through interviews and assessments- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand their IT staffing requirements and preferences- Recommend suitable candidates to clients and facilitate interview processes- Negotiate job offers and assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and talent market developments

- Be in charge of full-cycle recruitment progress for full-time & intern positions, with 80% workload for B2B Sales Representatives (all levels: from freshmen to senior executives) and 20% for Back office positions: Marketing, Customer Service, Finance & Accounting (from associate to executive/specialist)- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies- Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards (Vietnamworks), professional networks, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)- Fully responsible for full-time employees’ onboarding and departure- Extend offers and negotiate terms of employment- Be in charge of weekly recruitment and monthly internal program reports- Contact with universities for talent acquisition and employer branding activities- Support other teams and internal events- Others as assigned
