My responsibilities included:- Developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies and plans to enhance the festival's outreach and impact.- Crafting and conveying detailed briefs to an external production house for the creation of diverse marketing materials, including social media content, website updates, and out-of-home (OOH) advertisements.- Overseeing and managing the production budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize the effectiveness of the promotional campaigns.
