HR Project/ Employer Branding Specialist- Strong managing role in project implementation.- Implement internship programs (Japan Internship Program, Pasona International Exchange Program), main coordinator for recruitment programs (UNIQLO Manager Candidate program, DAIKIN Engineer Recruitment program), hospitality trainings, marketing projects to enhance Pasona brand. - Develop and maintain relationship with the universities. Closely collaborate to organize the promoting events, seminars, job fairs to the students. Administration Staff- Take main charge of administrative performing, assist office in daily tasks.- Ensure smooth running of office operation through liaising with internal divisions as well as external partners.- Take main charge in Temporary staffing service session. - Be responsible for managing recruitment database for PTVN’s website. Recruiter- Search for potential candidates in various industries up to clients’ demand from many kinds of sourcing method. - Screen the CV and interview for the most matching candidates before recommending to clients. - Consult, follow up and support the candidates throughout this placement process.
