Import ( Raw cashew )- Follow up and update status shipment with buyer and trader.- Weekly update trader about quality of each shipment and pending quantity of each origin.- Collaborated with QC team and trader to calculate the quality deductions of each shipment.- Follow up advance payment, 2nd payment and proceed final payment to buyer ( If need)-Checking the RCN file and update information on the NAV systemExport ( Cashew Nut)- Generate the purchase and sales contracts.- Follow up and push supplier to prepare to delivery cargo- Follow up the quality to ensure delivery standard with EU and US market.- Work with FWD to release booking and share with supplier- Provide information for buyer about cargo and prepare to take cargo.

-Handle 15-25 sea shipments every week including: customs declaration at VNACCS; submit SI to FWD or The carrier; check draft BL from them; make shipment documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate Original, Fumigation, Phytosanitary,...; check and send DN to account team, check payment and release documents to customer.;-Follow L/C check and updated schedule shipping or other information from operation team and seller team to customers;-Contact and work with relative side: The agent as FWD or carrier to get booking ( for FOB shipment), submit SI, get draft BL,....; The bank to send document as L/C's request; The customer to check and updated relative job about shipments; The state agencies to make relative certificates about shipment.

-Contact and handle with 7-10 customers to get booking for every week and ensure have booking for customers from the carriers: ONE, OOCL, SITC, CMA, HMM,...;-Handle 6-15 sea shipments every week including: get booking, submit SI and check MBL to the carrier, make and send final draft HBL to customer as the customer's request, file and submit AFR for Japan's shipments, make and send DN to customer, check payment and release cargo for customer;-Contact with carriers, check and make report about pricing OF to Japan of every ports every month.

-Make and finish around 300 BILL with 2 colleagues for a vessel ( have 3 the vessel every week) before deadline;-Understand and know guide custom of each country;File and submit ACI for Canada shipments, AMS for US shipments, CCAM for China shipments;-Release cargo for customer and control, follow up the vessel until the last shipment was released;-Support colleague in Docs team from inside country and other country, -Support customer if they have trouble for this shipment.
