As a US manufacturer and online retailer with fewer than 100 employees, Voler has a unique position in the exciting category of athletic apparel. My experience encompassing various roles has given me the opportunity to blend artistic vision with strategic thinking to build a strong brand story, product offering, and sales.A primary focus and important reflection of my work is in the design and management of the company website to ensure an excellent user experience, high sales targets, and alignment of brand aesthetics. A significant contribution to the brand identity was my role in directing and producing engaging photo and video content for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and storytelling goals.Well-designed, consistent, and seasonally appropriate email campaigns contributed to product appeal and customer loyalty with a direct link to significant sales volume.Identifying and spearheading apparel designs from concept to production honed my ability to understand market trends and consumer preferences to create compelling offerings and successful marketing campaigns at launch. Anticipating color trends and making informed decisions using data from existing sales helped align products with consumer demand and industry trends. Athlete sponsorships and “super” ambassador programs cultivated and maintained strong relationships to drive brand endorsement and product collaboration, enhancing brand visibility and credibility. As our sponsorship program expanded, coordinating and managing events strengthened our connection to athletes and customer needs.
