This achieved reduced operating and support costs while simultaneously increasing the performance and availability of the associated plant automation and application services.- Developed and implemented an ITIL based demand capture / end of service life / evergreen infrastructure program that ensures IT assets are strategically refreshed at optimal life-cycle periods to ensure optimal return on the IT investment and stabilized ITIL based services performance to meet business goals and objectives.

Developed and implemented the outsourced services governance program for the BP North American Mega data centers with a total contract value of over 240 million for the four year lifecycle. The portfolio of managed services spanned numerous major service providers including, IBM, EDS, SAIC, Verizon, Quest, etc. Managed the global outsourced operations budget of over $60 million dollars of annual services spend. Responsible for all aspects of hosted IT services performance for this multi-data center worldwide environment. Services areas encompassed included the 24/7 Data Center Operations for four North American Mega-Data Centers and remote locations, Systems Monitoring, Automation, Incident / Problem / Change Management services, Disaster Recovery and Application Service Level Fulfillment functions.

In charge of leading a team of 130 managers and staff with a $11 million operations personnel and $85 million of annual services budget in handling all aspects of service delivery and strategic planning for the multi-billion dollar MCI account. This was a very large scale multi-data center worldwide IT environment that included Hosting Services, Network Services, BPO and Application Service offerings from EDS.
