Ensured the compliance of the University of the Incarnate Word’s 23 sports teams with NCAA Division I academic rules, regulations, and requirements. Assisted in analyzing degree audits and determining Progress Toward Degree and Academic Progress Rating. Counseled intercollegiate student-athletes in managing their various athletic, academic, and social responsibilities. Responsible for advisement and eligibility tracking over Tennis, Synchronized Swimming, and Baseball. Mentored twelve USSS Collegiate Academic All-Americans and two Southland Academic All-Conference selections. Acting member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals. Familiarized with Banner, GradesFirst, and NCAA Compliance Assistant.

Served as the point of contact for visiting coaching staffs. Supervised pre and post-game activities. Assisted as an academic liaison for players and coaches to the athletic advisors. Mentored NCAA Division I student-athletes. Supported staff with training, operations, and the development of three Freshman All-Americans and eight Southland All-Conference selections. Helped accomplish UIW’s first playoff appearance and best overall record as a Division I institution.

Assisted with customer service and sales. Oversaw and managed employees to ensure the success of Whitewater River Sports. Kept note of inventory and daily sales. Scheduled and kept work hours for employees. Ensured the satisfaction of our customers throughout all aspects of their experience on the river including safety, time of recreation, and the payment process. Advertised and promoted ticket sales for concerts held at Whitewater Music Amphitheater.

Instructed athletes on improving their strength, speed, and agility within both the weight room and on their respective playing fields of all major sports while promoting Crown College’s mission statement of faith, family, and competition.

Represented and directed my team at games and special events. Led my class to the most wins in school history.

Represented my college at multiple NCAA national conventions and was entrusted with voting on collegiate athletics legislative initiatives. Coordinated NCAA Division III athletic events and collaborated with programs such as the Special Olympics and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Raised funds and promoted Crown College's athletics department to fans and the surrounding communities.

Coached the Minnesota Millers as they competed in statewide tournaments while providing exposure to collegiate and professional scouts. Provided private lessons to Pitch 2 Pitch clients ranging from 8-18 years of age. Instructed, planned, and organized baseball clinics that provided an informative and fun learning environment. Promoted Pitch 2 Pitch’s mission of establishing strong character within their athletes by encouraging the importance of hard work and sportsmanship.
