I believe customer service is one of the most important aspects of running a business, parallel only to knowledge and know-how in my field.My interest in fixing things started when I was just a kid, taking apart old toys and using the electronics for other “projects” was a frequent venture in my parents basement. At thirteen, I started working summers for my father’s general contracting business learning what true craftsmanship is. Through this experience, I gained a connection to electrical work, which inspired me to go to school to start a career in electrical and fire alarm systems.During my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, playing or watching live music, working on German vehicles, and watching the Bruins. I also build custom hand-wired tube amplifiers for musical instruments for friends when time allows.
