Inventory management - Set up and manage inventory system. Create PO's, receive inventory, update computer systems with logistical date, create inventory and product codes within Infinity management software for hospital inventory, run reports and compare data price points with inventory invoiced and stocked. Create pricing structures for new products, special order products, and general non-hospitalized inventory. Surgery - Participate in general and specialty surgery’s. Coordinate with specialty surgeon & clients for specialty surgery's, including all back ground testing, exams, xrays, vaccines, forms and invoicing as well as post-operative follow ups. General surgery trainer for all new and existing staff, responsible for creating surgical protocols and training guide. Work with doctors on surgery goals and protocols. Manage and oversee all surgical equipment, coordinate repairs and state inspections on specialty equipment (radiation testing on xray units, laser C02, stem cell and PRP equipment).Meetings - Arrange lunch and learns with relevant external parties (Vendors, doctors, etc.), participate and moderate doctor monthly meetings, participate in staff meetings with new content, and contribute to upper management meetings concerning overall business goals. Protocols - Creation of revised/updated protocols in printed-guide from for the various positions, as well as helping to define job roles. Collaborating with other department leads. Business/Administrative - Participation in marketing, administration, business strategy and coordinate community events. Participate in and coordinate staff in marketing events outside of the hospital in conjunction with upper management.
