Served the production lines in day to day activities. Investigationg tooling options. Designed tooling and fixtures from scratch for new product roll out. Updated and maintained drawings. Assisted with roll out of new process documentation plant wide. Plant makes agricultural application and detassling equipment. Experience with all phases of production including laser cutting of plate steel, break presses, CNC machining, welding, electrostatic paint application, and assembly. Extensive work with export products, both roll-on roll-off and containers.

Operated CNC mills and lathes to make a variety of parts. Performed quality checks according to ISO 9001 rules. responsibel for several processes including raw castings and bar stock, machining, lapping (automatic and hand), washing and packaging of steel machine parts.

Performed a wide variety of work. Most of my time was spent loading and unloading product as a forklift driver. Also worked on all the production lines in the Story City plant. Experience with industrial machines, pneumatics, PLCs, lean manufacturing and 5S.
