Answer phones and convert incoming leads into booked appointments for all three businessesFiling and document scanning, data entry, keeping showroom and offices neat and orderly, assist team members in a wide range of tasks that vary from day-to-dayGreet and assist all customers who visit the shop/showroomAssist in home shows, festivals, and fairs as needed/desired to generate leads for all three businessesReceive, record and distribute incoming mail and courier parcels to office staffManage inventory and stock for all main inventory, create job bins and track project inventory for the installers.

Assist with all functions in the mailroom including coordinating and tracing shipments, notifying recipients and processing outgoing mailGreet and assist all incoming visitors including issuing badges as required Receive, record and distribute incoming mail and courier parcels to multiple facilitiesManage inventory and stock for all shipping supplies as well as main cafeteria and three kitchenettes Stock main cafeteria and kitchenettes with supplies twice per week or as needed
