Customer Service Representative
Current- Evaluate and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests pertaining to rates, programs, billing, and services.
- Perform various customer service transactions. Maintain and reconcile payments, records, reports, and ledgers.
- Evaluate Customer needs providing tailored solutions utilizing both internal and external services and programs
- Negotiates with customers in matters pertaining to their accounts, such as balance amounts and payment schedules
- Educate customers on energy efficiency and conservation efforts; advising tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Troubleshooting with customer issues on sce.com tailoring resolutions based on the customers operating system and browser configurations
