As the Detail Lead my role is to make sure jobs go as smoothly as possible with no mistakes. I also have to manage and train a crew of 3-5 people, in most cases on a job they have no previous experience with. This allows everyone to work together in an easy flow system that would permit for the most efficient way to complete a job, whether that job takes a couple of hours or several days to complete.Through this position, I have cut job time down, which allowed for a greater profit margin by allowing the company to accept and complete more jobs than before.I have also helped create a place of employment where trust is a big factor, which allowed my boss to focus on other aspects of the company such as the expansion of the company itself.

As a Crew Member, I have multiple jobs that consist of washing boats/yachts, detailing boats/yachts, and other cosmetic issues that pertain to boats/yachts. • Works on a weekly basis with Owner or given special instructions for certain jobs from Owner• Consulted with customers on job details and ensured them a great finished service.• Also created a workplace environment that is organized and clean, that ensured safety and helped cut job times down.

As a Server, I take care of guests to ensure they have the best experience possible while at the restaurant. • Given the responsibility of Shift Leader (consists of running the store when Manager is not there)• Ran the window, which is the point where all the food comes out. Used organizational skills to place dishes in order to go out to the right tables during “the rush”, and kept a cool head when faced with overwhelming orders.

As a Busser, my main role was to get tables set quickly and help the store in any way possible.• Cleared and set a vast amount of tables to create a place for customers to eat and relax.• Answered phones, ran food from “the window”, cleaned bathrooms, and took out the trash. Shows my ability to handle multiple jobs at once and create a balanced work environment

As an Electrician Helper, my role was to assist certified electricians.• Followed complex instructions on how to fully install all electrical wires and hardware inside of commercial buildings, including wiring a breaker panel (the main power).• Learned good work ethic from digging many long days in a row.• Learned how to complete specific processes that involved large machines and how to operate said machines to near expert level

Even though my employment with Starbucks was short I learned valuable lessons such as corporate structure and repetitive processes such as making drinks. I dealt with customers of all types and my focus was to please them to my best ability, also worked at the cash register which allowed me to handle customer's cash and to make sure I gave them the correct amount of money back after the transaction.

My role at this establishment was to clean and restock all dirty and clean plates/silverware/cups• Worked in a fast paced environment, while keeping a calm but urgent attitude.
