I am a Right of Way Supervisor at Emerald Energy and Exploration Land Company, where I have been contributing since 2020, bringing nearly 15 years of specialized experience in eminent domain, right of way acquisition, and relocation services for both the public and private sectors.Throughout my career, I have successfully led comprehensive right of way acquisition initiatives and collaborated on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. My expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from the preparation and completion of appraisals and minor acquisition reviews to delivering detailed project reports and right of way estimates.I am adept at negotiating with property owners, providing relocation assistance to residential and business clients, and working closely with legal teams to develop estimates and exhibits for condemnation proceedings and other legal cases. Additionally, I am an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 25 Board.
