Offering a learning experience on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion from a leadership point of view. Along with ideas on how to develop a Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace program. With the objective to have a better work environment experience, and increase productivity in the workplace. Along with gaining knowledge and understanding towards developing rapport and solutions. With Adaptability to Technology and Social Change finding ways to accept and live with our changing times. With the use of personal story telling attendees will gain knowledge and ways to accept and adjust to the constant changing times. Explore how technology and social change has influenced and changed our lives and can best benefit our life’s. I have worked in the (IT) Information Technology Industry for over 20 years. Some favorite aspects in my Information Technology career are working with my colleagues and supporting end users. I have experience in developing and maintaining enterprise software applications, systems, and databases. Duties have included creating and working with user profiles and permissions, as well as application and system user support. I have created application, system development, and modification specifications which relate to user interfaces, databases, and reporting. Helping my team develop needed deliverable's as well as completed my individual project tasks and goals. Finding success by using skills in project management, documentation, and my ability to collaborate in a team setting. I offer a welcoming personality with strong leadership and communication skills developed through working on the job and education and I have a strong work ethic.
