As a non-regulated lender, CLI is able to add value for its customers by financing development projects, bridge needs, time-sensitive projects, and transactions with more flexibility, more responsiveness, and less equity than typically required by conventional lenders.My primary responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, managing customer relationships, and operational and accounting oversight.
