The Dietz-Briolini GRIT Scholarship Fund provides philanthropic funding to students at Palm Beach State College Dr. Floyd F. Koch Honors College who demonstrate Grit, sustained persistence towards achievement in the face of adversity, and financial need.

Developed the DevSecOps department Agile Tribe homepage using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bitbucket, and Git file management. Utilized Agile methodologies to create reusable components of the homepage including Sprints, Sprint Planning, Retro's, and Daily Standups. Designed multiple wireframes for the DSO Homepage Project in collaboration with the User Experience Center of Excellence team. Delivered reusable/modular Angular components back to DTCC's Developer's Marketplace for use across the organization.

Interviewed prospective residents to assess needs and provide customer-focused recommendations. Achieved a leasing conversion ratio of 75%+ through walk-in traffic, appointments, and prospecting. Reconciled general ledger accounts to the appropriate sub-ledgers and audited Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable of 60+ managed properties.
