As part of the ADS/BaySaver Technologies team, I work with our East Coast field sales and engineering teams to provide custom engineered stormwater quality solutions. We partner with engineers, municipalities, developers, and contractors to create efficient, cost effective systems that protect our water resources.

As Regional Sales Manager, I was honored to lead a dynamic team of nine Territory Managers, representing the complete ADS product portfolio across Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, DC, and Delaware. I was responsible for developing strategies to achieve sales goals across across our broad product spectrum, and in each geography. More importantly, I got to work with nine incredibly successful sales professionals to help them succeed in their own unique way.

As a territory manager, I represented the complete ADS stormwater product portfolio to engineers, contractors, municipalities, and distributors in the Shenandoah Valley of VA, the Eastern Panhandle of WV, and Western MD.

Wood Equipment Company is a distributor handling industrial,commercial, and municipal pump, motor, control, and filtration applications throughout Virginia.

I assisted the head professional and director of golf with management of daily operations for the golf department. I also taught lessons, and coordinated tournaments and leagues. Additionally, I wrote a monthly column for the resort newspaper.

I assisted the Patrol Director in oversight of patrol operations. I also instructed new candidates, and instructor candidates in Outdoor Emergency Care and mountain operations.
