I led Zillow's Business Recruiting function, overseeing non-technical hiring nationwide. Across the country, my teams flourished, and I'm immensely proud of our collective achievements.Proud Accomplishments:• The largest org I managed was 50+ individuals which consisted of leader directs, recruiters, sourcers and coordinators. Recruitment was national in scope and included Canada, Mexico and Serbia as well. • Orchestrated the establishment of three internal businesses from the ground up, necessitating the creation of new recruiting teams and tailored recruitment processes.• Successfully filled 1,200-2,000 positions annually, adapting structures and strategies to accommodate fluctuating headcount demands.• My team was the first and only TEAM to ever be awarded Zillow Group’s “Zuperstar” award (reserved only for exceptional individual performances within the company).• Collaborated with the People Tech team to drive enhancements in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and the Applicant Tracking System.• Contributed to the development of a comprehensive M&A Recruiting and HR integration playbook.• Played a pivotal role in Zillow's transition to a distributed workforce model, representing Talent Acquisition's interests.• Established a sophisticated recruiter capacity model in partnership with FP&A and People Analytics, optimizing resource allocation.• Teamed up with Procurement to secure a joint RPO/MSP partnership, mitigating risks associated with fluctuating hiring needs.• Maintained consistently high "Team Engagement Scores" throughout.
