Oversees daily operations in the Customer Support team within the Client Services Group. The focus is to ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day activities of the Customer Support team. Helps drive communication and coordination efforts among the department, other departments, or with customers as needed based on daily operational activities and service related issues. Helps identify and raise all pertinent information on the support team to the Client Services Manager so that informed decisions about the teams overall direction and mission can be made.

Focus is on providing pro-active support to all users with the goal of understanding our clients and making sure they are getting the most out of our products and services. Responsible for ensuring product adoption, fostering a deep relationship with the customer, fully understanding the customers, their evolving processes and needs, and overall satisfaction.

Primary responsible for understanding the clients operations, needs and key drivers of their business. Have a thorough understanding of the client’s major challenges and problems in REZ-1’s sphere of operation and how REZ-1’s current and upcoming capabilities can help the client. Account Managers are responsible to drive internal and external Initiatives to enhance REZ-1’s value to client and ensure the highest delivery of quality service to clients and customers.

Primary responsible for day to day communication with customers, which includes phone calls, emails and online case support. Responsible for understanding the uses of the tools and how all available tools can be used to support customer and clients business needs. Use knowledge of the customers to act as a customer liaison for UI development and enhancements.
